By the way, as I went through the hundreds of business cards of restaurants, shops, etc. visited over the years worldwide, I stumbled upon one from Pezenas…La Ripaille, rue de la Foire, where we were lucky to find a table for dinner as many restaurants were closed on that Sunday in August ’18. A gem of a town, so “charmant”. And its wine…not a bad place to savor life. Santé!
